Lender members* each have one vote, and we need to have a majority of lender member companies cast their votes to be a quorum to conduct the election.  

Here are the 2025 Board of Directors candidates presented by the nominating committee:

Nominations remain open to the membership.  If there are no additional names presented, the nominations will be closed, and the votes will be tallied.  Voting to take place November 13-20, 2024.

If there are no additional nominations and we have a majority vote of "IN FAVOR", the Secretary will record a unanimous vote for the committee's slate of officers, and they are hereby considered "duly elected."
