Lender members* each have one vote, and we need to have a majority of lender member companies cast their votes to be a quorum to conduct the election.  

Here are the 2026 Board of Directors candidates presented by the nominating committee:

VICE PRESIDENT - Josh Erd, Midwest Insurance Partners
SECRETARY - Alma Fesh, First American Title
TREASURER - Todd Roth, Huntington National Bank
DIRECTOR (2-YEAR TERM)
  Katie Bronson, Howard Hanna Real Estate Co.
  Brady Douville, F&M Bank
  Luke Holding, GVC Mortgage
DIRECTOR (1-YEAR REMAINING)
  Mike Beeler, Louisville Title Agency
IMM. PAST PRESIDENT - Jeremy Davis, Blissfield State Bank

Nominations remain open to the membership.  If there are no additional names presented, the nominations will be closed, and the votes will be tallied.  Voting to take place November 18-30, 2025.

If there are no additional nominations and we have a majority vote of "IN FAVOR", the Secretary will record a unanimous vote for the committee's slate of officers, and they are hereby considered "duly elected."

The 2026 Board of Directors will officially be sworn in at the Inaugural Banquet & Casino Night on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn, Perrysburg.
