Constitution / Bylaws: This committee is responsible to evaluate the Constitution / Bylaws on an annual basis and make change recommendations to the Board. This committee is also responsible for maintaining and creating the job descriptions of the various functions needed to carry forth the duties of the association.

Special Events: Description under development.

Membership: The goal of this committee is to increase participation in the MBA/NWO by communicating the benefits of membership to potential new members and retaining 100% of the current members. The Membership Committee will strive to increase attendance at monthly meetings with the help of the MBA Website and communication to members.

Technology / Communications: The purpose of this committee is to maintain the association Website and serve as the liaison with the Website developer, ICUgro, Inc. The committee will also encourage and promote electronic access of association information and coming events via the use of the MBA/NWO Website. Membership communication will also include the creation of an association Newsletter on a quarterly basis, which will be available via the Website or hardcopy mailed to those MBA members without Internet access.

Toledo Board of Realtors (TBR) & Home Builders Association (HBA) Liaison: Both associations are integral to the mortgage lending industry. The purpose of these two separate liaison functions is to monitor the activities of the TBR & HBA and to report to the MBA board and MBA membership on issues of common interest.
